Goodbye to Mozart, Hello Picasso!

This morning, as I walked into Ellie's room I discovered a new passion of hers that seemed to have blossomed over night or really early this morning. Sometime either during the night or this morning she had gone to the bathroom and found her bath crayons and drew a picture on her bedroom wall. At first I was furious, but then as I looked at the picture, I was proud of her. I was really impressed that she could draw so well. She told me that she drew princesses on her wall. This is the very first time I have ever seen a piece of art from her. She usually asks us to draw a person for her. So I guess I am more proud of Ellie than mad at her! Now I just need advice on how to get that stuff off our walls!!!

Hey turn this picture into Disney...perhaps it the newest 'princess' they haven't seen yet..Could be worth millions! Think of all generations of kids that are Ellie's age that will want to buy her new princess for Christmas...Hehehe...

I am sure Ellie was so proud too! And to think that room was just painted within the last 6 months. She must have heard about the book, The Last Lecture, where it was encouraged to let kids draw on the walls.
